With a Bachelor of Pharmacy from University of Malaya and 11+ years working across government hospitals, clinics, and community pharmacies, our founder understood how healthcare products are expected to perform. She knew what efficacy meant — and what it looked like when it was missing.
After childbirth, she experienced severe hair loss that persisted for more than four years. Despite her professional background, nothing worked — not pharmacy products, supplements, salon treatments, or professional services. This frustrated her deeply. If even a pharmacist couldn't solve it, what about everyone else?
She pursued an internationally recognised online Trichology program based in London. There, she discovered the truth: most hair loss isn't just external damage — it's internal structural breakdown of the hair fiber itself. External products alone cannot restore true hair health. The cortex needed to be addressed, not just the cuticle.
This led her to advanced global hair science — patented FiberHance™ bond-building technology, validated by Durham University and recognised with a Gold Innovation Award. After applying this approach personally, her four-year hair loss issue finally stabilised.
Realising many others struggled with the same problem, she collaborated with a doctor, pharmacist, and chemist to develop Nisraa through rigorous R&D guided by trichology science. A pilot study with 300 participants showed 97% reporting visible improvement — only then was Nisraa launched to the public.
